What You'll Architect
As an International Sales Operations Officer, you will help architect the way Keyrus collaborates, shares knowledge, and scales commercial excellence across more than 25 countries.
Working within the Group Growth team, you will enable international teams with the content, market intelligence, and operational framework they need to accelerate business development and strengthen cross-border collaboration.
You will:
Architect and coordinate international sales operations across the Group, acting as a central point of contact for the sales community.
Structure, industrialise and maintain sales assets, client references and reusable commercial content to improve consistency across countries.
Transform successful client engagements into compelling business references that strengthen our commercial positioning worldwide.
Produce high-quality presentations, proposals and thought leadership materials adapted to industries, markets and strategic priorities.
Analyse markets, industries and competitive landscapes to provide actionable intelligence supporting commercial decisions.
Consolidate insights on Group Key Accounts, strategic opportunities and emerging market trends.
Support international commercial initiatives by coordinating governance, reporting and follow-up across multiple countries.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Group Sales Enablement function by improving processes, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the international sales community.

What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
First professional experience (up to 2–3 years), ideally in Sales Operations, Business Development, Consulting or Project Management.
International exposure is appreciated.
Technical & Business Skills
Fluent English (working language).
Strong business acumen.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to create impactful commercial content and executive presentations.
Market research and competitive intelligence capabilities.
Strong organisational and PMO skills.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, collaborative tools and reporting dashboards.
Ability to leverage AI solutions and intelligent agents to improve commercial efficiency, market research and knowledge management.
French, Portuguese and/or Spanish are a strong advantage.
