We are now seeking a Chief of Staff to the Group CEO, a trusted strategic partner who will work at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and execution. This senior role requires a sharp, globally minded leader with the ability to translate vision into action, orchestrate strategic initiatives across business units, and ensure operational excellence as Keyrus continues its international growth in digital consulting, data, and AI-driven transformation.
Role Overview
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic right hand to the Group CEO, Digital, Data & AI, helping to drive Keyrus’ growth strategy, enhance operational alignment, and accelerate strategic initiatives across geographies and practices. You will work closely with global and regional leadership teams, translating the Group’s vision into clear priorities, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with operational execution and requires exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Support the Group CEO in defining and executing the strategic roadmap across Digital, Data, and AI practices.
- Synthesize complex information and business data into clear recommendations and executive decision materials.
- Prepare high-quality briefings, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
- Set up governance frameworks, track KPIs, and drive follow-ups on strategic and financial performance.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration across business units, regions, and global functions.
- Oversee the progress of key cross-functional initiatives and support executive decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO, executive committee, regional Managing Directors, and practice leaders.
- Manage engagement with key partners, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Support internal communications to ensure strategy and objectives are clearly cascaded throughout the organization.
Financial and Analytical Support
- Contribute to business performance reviews, financial planning, and investment discussions.
- Support M&A activities, including opportunity assessment, due diligence, and post-merger integration efforts.
Change Leadership
- Drive adoption of transformation programs and central initiatives within a global, evolving organization.
- Act as a cultural connector across geographies, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
Profile & Experience:
- 8–12 years of professional experience.
- Background in management consulting (MBB, Big4, or boutique strategy firm) and/or Chief of Staff / Strategy role in a large multinational tech or consulting organization.
- Strong understanding of technology services, enterprise software, and data ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Snowflake).
- Proven experience working with C-level executives on strategic planning, execution, and communication.
- Exposure to P&L management, business performance, and M&A processes is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft executive-ready materials and influence senior audiences.
- Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural environments.
- Highly structured, analytical, and resilient, able to shift fluidly between strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
