🚀 Your mission

Within the International Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central team, composed of experts with a strong track record, you will:

• Prospect and identify new opportunities in the international Enterprise Applications market
• Design and execute commercial strategies adapted to international clients
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
• Prepare commercial offers, proposals, and quotations
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with prospects and customers
• Collaborate closely with consulting teams to align client needs with viable solutions
• Guide clients throughout the sales and contractual process, ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams
• Act as a motivated "hunter", leveraging your drive to meet and exceed business targets

🧠 What they are looking for

• Experience in selling ERP solutions (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Proven success in international business development, especially in complex B2B environments
• Ability to define, plan, and lead sales strategy and portfolio
• Strong skills in opportunity qualification and commercial documentation
• Confidence in engaging with C-level, IT, and functional stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
